Yes! We ship to premier transit gateways such as Dar es Salaam (for Zambia, Malawi, Burundi, Rwanda, eastern DRC), Mombasa (for Uganda, South Sudan), and Durban (for Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia), coordinating through-transit documentation.
How are import age restrictions calculated: year of manufacture or first registration?
It depends on your destination country. For example, Kenya strictly measures from the month of first Japanese registration (max 8 years), whereas Tanzania and Bangladesh measure from the chassis manufacture date. KMC verifies the exact Japanese chassis production date before purchase.
Can you export Left-Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles in addition to Right-Hand Drive (RHD)?
Yes. Japanese auto auctions regularly offer pristine Left-Hand Drive (LHD) European luxury vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche) and select US/European trade-ins with low mileage and documented dealer service histories.
Are ocean freight and marine insurance included in the vehicle quotation?
