Address code search FAQ
It is the 12-digit address code used in Japanese vehicle registration (MOTAS). Export papers and 譲渡証明書 often need the same code as the owner’s registered address.
Choose prefecture, city/county and town, or use free-text search with a Japanese place name or a 5–12 digit code. Results show the full 12-digit 住所コード.
Owner codes identify companies and persons on Japanese registration records. Search by name, address or the code itself.
