How KMC JAPAN Vehicle Exporting Works

Standard 6-stage timeline for international car buyers and commercial importers

1
Payment Verification

Once your Telegraphic Transfer (TT) arrives at our verified Japanese corporate bank, our finance department locks your vehicle and issues the official Payment Receipt.

2
Inland Transport & Yard Dispatch

The vehicle is loaded onto a Japanese car carrier truck and moved directly from our Fukuoka yard or auction site to the designated export port (Hakata, Kobe, or Yokohama).

3
Export Customs & Inspection

Japanese customs clearance, export deregistration certificate processing, and mandated country pre-shipment inspections (JEVIC, EAA, QISJ) are completed.

4
Vessel Booking & Berth Allocation

Shipping space is confirmed with major RoRo lines (NYK, MOL, K-Line, Hoegh, Armacup). Departure date (ETD) and destination arrival date (ETA) are locked.

5
Departure & Ocean Sailing

The vessel sails from Japan. Typical transit time is 3–5 weeks depending on destination port (East/Southern Africa, Caribbean, Europe, or South Pacific).

6
Bill of Lading Express Courier

Original Bill of Lading (B/L), Export Certificate, and Commercial Invoices are dispatched via DHL/FedEx Express courier straight to your physical address.
