Kenya is a strict RHD market. KEBS KS 1515 bans passenger cars more than 8 years from first registration. For 2026 arrivals, first registration must be 2019 or later, and manufacture year must be within one year of first registration. Non-compliant cars are rejected at the importer’s cost.
