Japanese auction sheet translation and buyer checks

A Japanese auction sheet, export certificate, and yard photo set are written for people inside Japan. If you are buying from overseas, the grade, the handwritten inspector notes, and the export papers are the parts that decide whether the car is worth the bid. KMC JAPAN reads those documents in English and sends the report to your email.

You do not need an account. Choose the check, send the chassis number or upload the scan, and pay in US dollars. Our desk in Ogori, Fukuoka prepares the report. These checks explain the paperwork and the car as it stands. They are a reading of the documents, prepared before you bid or before the car ships.

How to order

1. Choose the check

Use the Bid Pack before you bid. Use the Ship Pack when the car is about to leave Japan. Or order one document on its own.

2. Send the chassis or the scan

A chassis number looks like NZE141-6048720. A sheet or export certificate can be a photo or a PDF.

3. Pay and wait for email

PayPal, card, or bank transfer. We email the finished English report to the address on the order.

What the words mean

Auction sheet. The Japanese inspection form for a car offered at auction. It shows the grade, mileage, colour, equipment, and the inspector’s handwritten notes about repairs, rust, and parts that were not tested. The chassis number on that form is labelled 車台番号.

Export certificate. The Japanese deregistration paper, often called 輸出抹消. Many destination customs offices ask for an English version before they clear the car.

True Report. Our chassis history lookup. It lists past Japanese auction appearances. The Bid Pack includes that lookup and adds the English reading of the sheet. You can also search a chassis on its own

Landed cost. The amount you should plan for when the car reaches your port: the Japan price, ocean freight, and a written estimate of duty and clearing. For a freight-only figure, use the shipping calculator.

Yes. Order the Bid Pack and enter the chassis number, including the hyphen. We look up the auction history and translate the sheet that belongs to that appearance. If you already have a photo of the sheet, upload it on the auction sheet translation order.

True Report is the $10 history lookup: past auction appearances for one chassis. The Bid Pack is $25 and includes that history plus the English translation of the sheet. Order True Report alone when you only need the history.

We supply the original Japanese certificate page together with an English translation prepared by KMC JAPAN. Acceptance rules differ by country. Use it as the English copy your broker or customs office asked for, and confirm the format with them if they require a sworn translation.

Sheet and certificate translations are prepared by our desk in Japan and emailed to you. A pre-export inspection is sent after the car is in our care, because we need to photograph that car. You receive an email confirmation as soon as payment is recorded.

Yes. These checks are separate from bidding. If you want KMC JAPAN to bid at the auction for you, use auction proxy bidding and set your maximum before the sale.
