Right-Hand Drive Vehicles: Vehicles imported to Bangladesh should be right-hand drive.

Age Restriction: Vehicles more than 5 years old are not allowed to be imported into the country.

Inspection: All vehicles imported from Japan are required to pass JAAI inspection.

Importation Conditions: Vehicle should not be more than five years old. Importation should be done only from the country of origin; importation from any third country is not allowed.A certificate issued by Japan Auto Appraisal Institute (JAAI) should contain age, model number, and chassis number of the used car, submitted to the customs authority. To determine the age of the imported car, the date will be calculated from the first day of the next year of manufacture of the chassis.

Pre-Order Booking Process:

   1. Specify your vehicle requirements including type, packages, color, year model, and any additional preferences, and communicate them to us along with your maximum budget/price for the vehicle you intend to purchase.
   2. Contact us via our designated email address and/or WhatsApp messaging platform.
   3. Make a pre-order booking deposit (amount varies depending on the vehicle) into our designated bank account and obtain a receipt for the transaction
   4. Upon confirmation of your pre-order booking deposit, we will proceed to create an Auction ID for you on our designated auction platform, granting you access to more than 120 Japan auto auctions. Through this platform, you will be able to view all available               auction cars and place bids as desired.
   5. Submit your second payment (Tk.10.00 lac or 50% of the vehicle's value, whichever is higher) within 3 working days to confirm the vehicle for LC opening and shipment procedures. A receipt will be issued upon receipt of this payment.
   6. Upon receiving the IGM (Import General Manifest) for the vehicle from port authorities, we will notify you. You will then have 3 days to complete the final payment for the vehicle.
   6. Once full payment is received, the vehicle will be released from the port and subsequently delivered as per the agreed-upon conditions.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:

   1. The vehicle price is subject to change due to fluctuations in transaction rates, government taxes/duties/VAT, vehicle modification costs, or any other incidental expenses.
   2. You will be informed of the final vehicle price upon successful purchase. We are not obligated to provide a breakdown of costs except for the vehicle purchase price and government duties.
   3. The pre-order booking amount is fully refundable. However, once the vehicle is successfully purchased from Japan Live Auction, any changes or modifications to the order will result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
   4. If you cancel the booking after the vehicle is successfully purchased from Japan Live Auction:   

          a. Tk.1.00 lac will be deducted as a service charge.
          b. Tk.0.50 lac will be deducted as a vehicle cancellation penalty.
          c. Tk.1.00 lac will be deducted as a vehicle holding charge. The remaining amount will be refunded after these deductions once the vehicle is sold.

   5. After finalizing the vehicle pricing with you, no further bargaining will be entertained.
   6. You acknowledge and accept the possibility of delays in vehicle delivery due to factors such as shipping authorities' decisions or actions by the governments of Bangladesh or Japan.
   7. You will receive a full invoice for your order.
   8. Standard service warranty will be provided for your order.
   9. BRTA registration and insurance costs will be borne by you separately.
  10. BRTA registration costs are subject to a separate service charge by KMC JAPAN.
