KMC Japan Co., Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality used vehicles in accordance with international standards. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of vehicles purchased through Japanese auctions, based on customer specifications.
2. Eligibility for Return
Customers may be eligible to return a vehicle under the following conditions:
Same-Day Return: Returns may be requested on the same day as the auction purchase. A penalty of 10% of the vehicle’s purchase price will be applied.
One-Week Return: Returns requested within one week from the date of auction purchase will incur a penalty of 30% of the vehicle’s purchase price.
Post-Shipment: Returns are not permitted once the vehicle has been dispatched from our facility.
3. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return:

4. Penalty Fees
Same-Day Return: A penalty fee amounting to 10% of the vehicle’s purchase price will be applied.
One-Week Return: A penalty fee of 30% of the vehicle’s purchase price will be charged.
5. Return Process
Authorization: All returns must receive prior authorization from KMC Japan Co., Ltd. Follow the provided instructions to facilitate the return of the vehicle.
Condition: The vehicle must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and documentation.
Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
6. Refund Processing
Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For bank transfers, refunds will be issued to the same bank account used for the initial transaction.
Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 60 business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned vehicle.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Post-Shipment: Vehicles that have already been shipped are not eligible for return.
Custom Orders: Vehicles or parts ordered on a custom basis are non-returnable.
8. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Japan.
Resolution Mechanism: Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
