1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the KMC JAPAN website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Vehicle Information

All information about vehicles (cars and parts) is provided to the best of our knowledge and is accurate at the time of listing. However:

• Specifications, mileage, and condition are based on available documentation
• We recommend third-party inspection for additional verification
• Minor discrepancies may occur due to different measurement standards
• Photos are representative but actual vehicle may have minor variations

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices:

• All prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated
• FOB (Free on Board) prices are the base vehicle cost
• Additional costs include shipping, insurance, inspection, and local charges
• Prices are subject to change until order confirmation

Payment Terms:

• 100% payment required before shipment
• Accepted methods: Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Credit Card (via Stripe)
• Bank charges are the buyer's responsibility
• Payment must be received within 7 days of proforma invoice

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or other factors
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, port congestion, or natural events
• Risk transfers to buyer once vehicle is loaded on vessel (FOB terms)
• Marine insurance is recommended and can be arranged through us

5. Inspection and Quality

• All vehicles are inspected before shipment
• Inspection reports are provided upon request
• Vehicles are sold "as-is" with condition stated in listing
• Pre-shipment inspection by third party can be arranged at buyer's expense

6. Import and Customs

• Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in destination country
• We provide all necessary export documentation
• Buyer should verify import regulations in their country before purchase
• We are not responsible for vehicles that cannot be imported due to local regulations

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment with 10% cancellation fee
• No refunds after vehicle has been shipped
• If vehicle cannot be delivered due to our fault, full refund will be provided
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days

8. Warranty and Liability

• Vehicles are sold without warranty unless explicitly stated
• We are not liable for defects discovered after delivery
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle
• We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website is owned by KMC JAPAN or its licensors
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Product images and descriptions are for reference only

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Tokyo, Japan
• Japanese law governs these terms and conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
